Hiring for Salesforce Einstein Analytics- PuneJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Einstein Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing AI-driven features and insights within our Salesforce environment using Einstein Analytics, Discovery, Prediction Builder, and Einstein Bots. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Salesforce, data analytics, and a passion for AI and machine learning.Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Einstein features (Prediction Builder, Discovery, Einstein Analytics, Next Best Action).
Customize and optimize Salesforce dashboards and reports using Einstein Analytics.
Integrate Salesforce Einstein with external data sources as needed.
Develop intelligent business solutions using AI and machine learning capabilities in Salesforce.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases for AI and data-driven decision-making.
Build and train predictive models using Salesforce Einstein Prediction Builder.
Maintain and improve Einstein Bots for customer service automation.
Ensure data integrity, model accuracy, and ethical AI practices.
Stay up to date with new features and best practices related to Salesforce AI technologies.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
2+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM.
Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein Discovery, Prediction Builder, and Einstein Bots.
Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Flows.
Experience with data modeling, dashboard creation, and ETL tools.
Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and AI ethics.
Salesforce certifications preferred (Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer).
