Vasundhra Raje Sindhiya (November - 2017) 'Energy Circle Award' for innovating ESCO Model, by CII (May 2018) 'Dare To Dream Award' by FORTI (August 2018) Essential/ Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the Stakeholders to understand the company's long-term goals and devising recruitment strategies to align with these objectives. Talent Sourcing: Employing various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to proactively identify and attract top talent, including passive candidates, in line with the company's needs. Candidate Screening and Selection: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with the water infrastructure company's values. Managing Hiring Processes: Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience. Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, external recruiters a positive recruitment experience. Data Analysis and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) to optimize processes and provide regular reports to management for informed decision-making. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to junior recruiters or team members, contributing to their professional growth and development. Required Work Experience & Knowledge Recruitment Background: 3-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting is preferred, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the hiring process.(Infrastructure and manufacturing industry is a must) Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership or senior role within a recruitment team is beneficial, showcasing the ability to lead and mentor junior recruiters. Industry Knowledge: Exposure or expertise in the specific industry (Infrastructure or manufacturing) or niche of the hiring organization can be advantageous, as it aids in understanding the nuances of roles and candidate requirements.
