- Stakeholder relationship management – strategically manage and optimize the relationship portfolio to ensure sustained growth and profitability
- Manage measurement strategy for multiple accounts, working closely with teams, partners, and clients to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Own project lifecycle for business unit’s new and existing projects
- Analyse project details and customer feedback to drive process excellence and enhance overall delivery experience
- Drive initiatives to maximize program profitability through effective funds management
- Support the new business process, including contributing to pitches, proposal writing, and presenting measurement approaches to prospective clients.
- Partner with delivery leads to forecast resourcing needs and align delivery with financial targets
- Collaborate closely with internal functions like talent acquisition, finance, governance, client success to drive day to day operations
- Foster strong cross functional relationships to meet and exceed business unit’s goals
- 6-9 years’ experience in end to end project management, stakeholder management and operations management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong conflict management skills
- Excellent time and resource management skills
- Demonstrate strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills and eagerness to learn, and good attention to detail.
- Resourceful and self-motivated
- Led project delivery teams (approx. 4-7 members) and projects to successful implementations with focus towards leading from the front, using tact and influence to meet delivery goals
- Experience of working with senior leadership and
- Able to work and lead successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting timelines. Maintaining positive client and stakeholder relationships.
- Presentation skills using MS Power Point or any presentation platforms
