Provide technical assistance to the clients regarding any operating system issues. Knows Outlook configuration, software and operating system installation, printer configuration and installation, laptop desktop hardware replacement, and driver installation To support daily technical support activities for desktop, data, and server management To set up and test desktop computer peripherals Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance Advising on software or hardware upgrades Ensure all the desktop computer systems are working properly Troubleshoot any problems regarding software and hardware computer support
