- Conduct detailed analysis to identify business needs, uncover trends and opportunities, develop solutions, and communicate recommendations effectively, both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Design strategies for collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data, reporting needs, and business requirements, and convert them into effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to analyze sales and operational performance, market trends, and other key performance indicators.
- Perform data analysis and modeling to identify business opportunities, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in developing training programs and materials, and roll out training with global teams.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to assess the performance of business and global teams.
- Document, track, and manage changes to business and functions.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and making strategic recommendations.
- Support the implementation and utilization of SAP systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and drive alignment in reporting and analysis processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in commercial or sales operations, product management, or supply chain management, with a focus on data analytics, reporting, and process optimization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Expertise in Power BI development, with the ability to create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
- Experience with SAP systems, particularly in the areas of sales, supply chain, or finance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Highly committed and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in a global company environment or cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Prior experience in the specialty chemicals industry is highly preferred.
