- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, client communications, and follow-ups.
- Order Processing: Manage sales orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze trends, and support performance reviews.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer data, handle inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Team Coordination: Liaise with sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to align operations.
- Promotional Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and events.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in sales administration and workflow efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
