Job descriptionWe are seeking a proactive and organized Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of back-office tasks including responding to shipping inquiries, managing inbound and outbound calls, handling emails, assisting in basic administrative work, and performing cold calling when required. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Role & responsibilities
Respond to customer and internal shipping inquiries promptly via phone and email.
Handle incoming calls professionally and route them to the appropriate department.
Draft, respond to, and manage daily email correspondence.
Perform cold calling to potential clients or leads as directed.
Maintain and update internal records and documentation.
Assist in coordinating logistics with shipping partners and service providers.
Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks.
Track, follow up, and escalate inquiries as needed to ensure resolution.
Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
Perform other back-office and administrative duties as assigned.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience as a Back Office Executive, Customer Support, or a similar administrative role preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM tools.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelors degree preferred but not mandatory.
English writing and speaking mandatory
