As a Project Manager with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.Provides direction and project management leadership to ensure projects are delivered accordance with contractual obligations, Worley policies, and approved delivery systems The role typically manages multiple small projects, a single medium project, or a defined scope of a large or mega project, with accountability for execution outcomes.Project Delivery & Execution
- Plan, organize, manage, and control projects using approved Worley systems, procedures, and standards.
- Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Implement project governance, controls, and performance reporting.
- Manage scope, change, risks, and opportunities within delegated authority.
- Develop strong understanding of contract terms, customer objectives, and KPIs .
- Monitor and control project costs, forecasts, cash flow, and margins.
- Manage variations, claims, and commercial risks within approved limits.
- Ensure timely and accurate client invoicing and financial reporting.
- Act as the primary project-level interface with the client.
- Maintain effective working relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly and proactively.
- Lead and supervise multidisciplinary project teams through subordinate leaders.

- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement across project execution.
- University degree in Engineering or relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 15+ years of relevant project delivery experience.
- Proven experience in EPC/EPCM project environments.
- Experience managing moderate-risk projects.
