Job Title Technical Project ManagerJob DescriptionRole OverviewThe Innovation Project Manager is responsible for executing small to medium-sized innovation projects within defined scope, timelines, and resources. This role focuses on leveraging existing solutions for faster development while contributing to broader innovation initiatives. Working under general supervision, the individual collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages stakeholders, and ensures effective project delivery with a strong customer-centric approach.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute small to medium innovation projects within agreed timelines, budget, and resource constraintsLead specific workstreams or sub-projects within larger innovation programsBuild and manage stakeholder relationships, influencing outcomes and driving alignmentSupport and contribute to project planning, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk assessmentTrack project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues when requiredCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project executionMaintain accurate project documentation (plans, reports, meeting notes) for transparency and continuityDrive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and learning opportunitiesEnsure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholdersApply a customer-centric approach, incorporating feedback into project executionUse analytical thinking to resolve medium-complexity challenges within defined processesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, IT) or Business / Project Management8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, Innovation, or Portfolio ManagementPreferably from a medical or regulated industry environmentPreferred QualificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) certificationExperience working in Agile environmentsKey Skills & CompetenciesProject & Program ManagementStakeholder & Relationship ManagementRisk Management & Problem SolvingData Analysis & Business AcumenResource Planning & Budget ManagementAgile MethodologiesQuality Assurance & Process ImprovementStrong Communication & Presentation SkillsTechnical Acumen & Requirements GatheringWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent delivery of projects on time, within scope, and budgetStrong stakeholder alignment and effective communicationProactive risk management and issue resolutionContinuous improvement in project execution and processesHigh level of customer satisfaction and business impactHow we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
