Besides working closely with your colleagues in Pune, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.Develop interactive, digital-first learning experiences: eLearning, VILT, hybrid, and ILT formats using AI-gen tools in addition to Articulate, Rise, and CamtasiaDeliver interactive training sessions and webinars to clients and internal teams across global time zonesGet hands-on with the ControllerView platform and regulatory reporting processes—becoming a domain authority as you growWork closely with product leads and engineers to stay ahead of our platform updates and translate them into practical, relevant learningContinuously test, iterate, and refine learning experiences based on user feedbackDrive the end-to-end training experience: from storyboarding to final delivery and learner outcomesWe expect you to have:Hands-on experience in instructional design and content developmentComfortably fluent in facilitating platform, technical and regulatory user trainingImpeccable English, both verbal and writtenTechnical curiosity—you enjoy unpacking complex systems and making them easier to understandProficiency in Microsoft Excel, basic SQL, and navigating relational databasesSelf-directed learner with strong technical aptitude and desire to learn about our core platform and the regulatory reporting worldIt would be great if youLMS platformsUnderstanding of RDBMS, SQL, and MS Excel.
