Key Responsibilities:- Identify and bid on relevant IT service projects on Freelancer.com, guru, upwork.- Prepare customized, high-quality proposals and cover letters.- Communicate with potential clients to clarify project requirements and pitch services effectively.- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare estimates and project plans when required.Track bid performance and optimize strategies for higher conversion rates.Requirements :- Proven experience in online bidding, specifically on Freelancer.com, guru, upwork- In-depth knowledge of IT services (web development, app development, digital marketing, etc.).- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.Preferred:- Familiarity with other bidding platforms like Upwork, Guru, or Fiverr is a plus.
