The role leverages digitization as an enabler to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Revenue Managemento Ensure timely adherence to budgeted sales targets through efficient dispatch management (% Adherence).o Monitor and enhance Service Value Cost (SVC) effectiveness to improve profitability (RS/Kg).o Strategically plan and execute actions to optimize Gross Margin (% Output).2. Customer Satisfaction & Experience· Improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) by enhancing Estimated Time of Dispatch (% Adherence).3. Digital Transformation· Drive Digital Initiatives across the function (Number of Projects).4. Employee Engagement & Development5. Working Capital & Financial Efficiency· Ensure Overdue Management and optimize accounts receivable (Rs in Cr Output).· Reduce Accounts Receivable (AR) Days to enhance cash flow (Number of Days Output).· Manage Operating Expenditure (Opex) efficiently (Rs in Cr Output).6. Compliance & Risk Management· Ensure adherence to Legal & Statutory Compliance (Input Adherence)
