SR. ACCOUNTANT FOR TEXTILE MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• General Ledger & Reconciliations: Maintain the general ledger, perform complex account reconciliations (bank, balance sheet), and post journal entries.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR): Oversee processing, verification, and reconciliation of invoices and payments.
• Analysis & Budgeting: Analyze financial data, variance analysis (budget vs. actuals), and assist with forecasting and budgeting.
• Internal Controls: Develop, document, and strengthen accounting policies and internal controls.
• Audits: Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and analysis.
• Tax: Assist with tax compliance and preparation of tax returns (sales tax, payroll tax, etc.).
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and delegate tasks to junior accountants and bookkeepers.

• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
