Job DescriptionPosition: Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Manager (IT Application Sales / ERP Sales)Location: MumbaiExperience: 5-10 YearsAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager or Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in managing and expanding our enterprise accounts, cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers (including C-suite executives), and proactively driving new business opportunities within the IT Application and/or ERP Sales domain.Key Responsibilities:Account Management:- Develop and execute strategic account management plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth within assigned enterprise accounts.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders within client organizations.- Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.Sales:- Qualify new business opportunities and effectively manage the sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of our IT application and/or ERP solutions.- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new and existing solutions.Customer Success:- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions and services.- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns to maintain strong client relationships.- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment with their strategic objectives.Market Intelligence:- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the IT application and ERP landscape.- Provide valuable market feedback to internal teams to inform product development and sales strategies.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven track record of 5-10 years of experience in enterprise IT Application Sales and/or ERP Sales.- Demonstrable history of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior-level executives.- Strong negotiation and closing skills.- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.- Excellent understanding of the enterprise sales process and methodologies.- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.- Strong business acumen and understanding of client business drivers.- Ability to travel as required (if applicable, specify percentage or locations).To Apply:Interested and qualified candidates with a strong background in enterprise IT Application or ERP Sales are encouraged to apply with their updated resume and a cover letter highlighting their relevant experience and achievements.
