We're hiring a senior leader to head sponsorship acquisition and strategic partnerships across large-scale festivals and cultural IPs. This is a high-impact role focused on building long-term alliances and driving revenue through consultative, high-value sponsorships.Key Responsibilities:- Acquire sponsorships and alliances for festivals and branded IPs- Develop tailored sponsorship packages and pitch to premium clients- Collaborate with creative and project teams to align sponsorship strategy- Build and nurture relationships with sponsors, agencies, and stakeholders- Lead brand positioning and outreach strategy- Mentor and manage the sponsorship sales team- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing collaterals and execution- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activityRequirements:- Minimum 8 years of experience in sponsorship sales or strategic partnerships- Proven success in securing high-value sponsorships across events/media- Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills- Deep understanding of branding, marketing, and audience engagement- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)- Ability to lead teams and work independently (ref:updazz.com)
