Talent Acquisition Manager - FMCG/ Manufacturing/ Pharma Industry - 10+ Years - MumbaiLead end-to-end talent acquisition for corporate and plant functions, owning leadership and lateral hiring strategies, stakeholder engagement at the CXO level, and delivering data-driven workforce plans for a high-growth FMCG leader.Location- MumbaiYour Future Employer: A legacy FMCG organisation with iconic brands and a performance-driven, innovation-focused culture.Responsibilities: * Driving the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-senior and leadership roles across corporate and plant locations.
  • Collaborating with business heads and the CEO to define manpower plans, headcount forecasts, and strategic hiring needs.
  • Building and maintaining high-quality leadership talent pipelines and closing critical mandates on time.
  • Creating and presenting dashboards, metrics and hiring reports to guide CXO-level decision making.
  • Strengthening employer brand and managing external recruitment partners to ensure quality delivery.
Requirements: * MBA (HR) or equivalent from a reputed institute.
  • 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in FMCG, Pharma or Manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in both corporate and plant hiring, with strong experience in lateral and leadership hiring.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable working with CXO-level leaders.
  • Strong data orientation - experience building hiring dashboards, metrics and strategic reports.
  • High agility, execution focus, and ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment vendors.
