- Collaborating with business heads and the CEO to define manpower plans, headcount forecasts, and strategic hiring needs.
- Building and maintaining high-quality leadership talent pipelines and closing critical mandates on time.
- Creating and presenting dashboards, metrics and hiring reports to guide CXO-level decision making.
- Strengthening employer brand and managing external recruitment partners to ensure quality delivery.
- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in FMCG, Pharma or Manufacturing.
- Proven track record in both corporate and plant hiring, with strong experience in lateral and leadership hiring.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable working with CXO-level leaders.
- Strong data orientation - experience building hiring dashboards, metrics and strategic reports.
- High agility, execution focus, and ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment vendors.
