- Responsible for executing approved sourcing strategies to generate a diverse pool of on-target candidates who are interested and qualified.
- Build robust talent pipeline for key roles. As the initial candidate contact, this role is key in contacting prospects to generate interest in career opportunities and developing ongoing professional relationships with candidates.
- Initiates telephone and email conversations with candidates who have not expressed an interest in The Hershey Company to present career opportunities, network and sell Hershey's employee value proposition.
- Stays abreast of new tools, websites, and strategies for effective sourcing; tracks and monitors effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
- Actively monitors and builds a presence on professional social networking sites, user groups, and blogs to capture active and passive talent.
- Lead Campus recruitment focused on identifying and attracting young pool of candidates for various roles within the organization at the entry level.
- Leads pre-employment process (Requisiton creation, Medical, background) for all Pay level roles
- Ensures HBP receives all relevant information for processing accurate and approved offer proposals and following our process and standards for Offer preparation & discussion.
- Partners with legal team/Hiring team to make decisions on questionable results for pre-employment
- Expert knowledge of Hershey Talent Acquisition Policies and Procedures
- Ensures timely update of Applicant Tracking System (Success Factors) and Candidate resource management (Eightfold) data throughout the recruitment process to guarantee accurate reporting data and active management of candidate and hiring manager expectations.
- Works with SBTP & Sr Manager TA on reporting needs for LT and Business.
- Knowledge of a variety of sourcing tools, e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed Resume, Career Builder, Monster Resume, Naukri, social media, etc.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with various levels within the organization and externally within the market
- Knowledge of human resources including legal and regulatory compliance
