- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify B2B leads, focusing on cybersecurity and data privacy services.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate meetings, demos, or presentations with senior team members.
- Deliver tailored pitches and proposals to address client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and content strategies.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to identify new growth areas.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for leads, meetings, and revenue contributions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B business development, lead generation, or inside sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
- Proven skills in lead generation, cold calling, and B2B prospecting.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and trust with decision-makers.
- Comfortable using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Background or exposure in cybersecurity or data privacy.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales automation tools.
- Understanding of consultative/value-based sales approaches.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
