The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, and a deep understanding of healthcare systems and regulations in the US.Technical Skills –
  • Full Stack Technologist with extensive knowledge on web-based architecture, Microservice & distributed solution,
  • Mandatory - .NET 6.0+, C#, ASP.NET, WEB API, NodeJS, React, Redux, Redux Thunk, Typescript, JSON, jQuery, ORMs, Messaging & Streaming Broker, Microsoft SQL Server & Databricks
  • Good to Have - Azure DevOps, Azure App services
  • Eye for new technologies
Good to Have –
  • Experience with healthcare data analytics, machine learning, or AI technologies.
  • Certification in healthcare IT (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems, CHPS).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and Production Support practices.
  • Experience working in an agile/scrum environment.
Soft Skills –
  • Strong communication skills - oral and verbal.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders across various geography.

Requirements -
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 14+ years of experience in healthcare software development.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as .Net, React, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Solid understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python and experience with server-side frameworks (e.g., Express, Spring Boot).
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) in healthcare applications.
  • Strong knowledge of algorithms, design patterns and object-oriented fundamental concepts.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and experience with deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations including HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and understanding of interoperability and data exchange protocols.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to “roll up your sleeves” and work with stakeholders to create timely solutions and resolutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities –
  • Own & be accountable for all projects deliverables and ensure proper communication of risk to enable end-to-end on-time solution delivery with 100% quality.
  • Ability to work on multiple product features simultaneously.
  • Multi-disciplinary technologist who enjoys designing and executing Healthcare solutions.
  • Understanding of the US Healthcare value chain and key impact drivers [Payer and/or Provider]
  • Quick learner with ability to understand product’s functionality end to end.
  • Try out latest technologies to provide POC, which will be evaluated and put on use if approved.
