Senior Project Manager - Urban Infrastructure - 12+ Years - MumbaiLocation - MumbaiSummary -An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of expertise in urban infrastructure consulting, project management, and policy advisory. This role is ideal for professionals who have led large-scale government and multilateral-funded projects, driven policy reforms, and managed stakeholder engagement at Central, State, and Urban Local Body (ULB) levels.Your Future Employer-A leading consulting organization working extensively with government authorities, multilateral agencies, and urban infrastructure clients, offering strategic solutions across policy, planning, financial modeling, reforms, and project implementation.Responsibilities-

Lead and manage consulting assignments/PMU projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Drive policy formulation, reforms, project planning, and advisory reports for government and development sector clients.
Manage stakeholder relationships with state governments, ULBs, and multilateral agencies.
Conduct regulatory and financial assessments including financial models and feasibility studies.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams while maintaining high client engagement standards.
Be open to extensive domestic and international travel, including client-site deployments.

Requirements-

Master's / Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, or Management with a Bachelor's in Architecture / Engineering / Planning.
12+ years of relevant professional experience.
Proven experience as Team Leader in at least two (2) PMU assignments for Government authorities.
Successfully executed at least two (2) urban infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of urban infrastructure sectors (water, sanitation, housing, transportation, etc.).
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills with proven consulting expertise.
