We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules. Certified Application Developer (CAD), CIS-ITSM, CIS -R&C with experience in IRM/GRC, Advance Risk Assessment are highly desirable.Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements.
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. 2+ years of experience in IRM/GRC module.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript(Classic UI and Workspace), Glide, and Jelly.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer.
- Good Experience in UI Builder and configuration in Workspaces.
- Experience with Patching and Upgrade for IRM modules with understanding of latest updates of GRC/IRM module in store and release notes.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
