- People relations: Acting as an ambassador for People & Culture team, proactively nudging stakeholders to meet project timelines and offering them adequate support
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Managing the company onboarding and offboarding requirements with minimal support
- People administration: Supporting in administrative work such as perks management, leaves management, and maintaining other process compliances
- Graduate in any field. Background in HR/Psychology/Economics/work experience in a start up is a bonus
