- Learn and support employee lifecycle processes such as pre-onboarding, onboarding, and documentation.
- Assist with HR operations activities including offer roll-outs, background check coordination, and benefits administration.
- Help in preparing, validating, and maintaining payroll-related inputs and vendor/contractor records.
- Support in maintaining HR documentation, data repositories, and ensuring data accuracy across HR systems.
- Work with HR team members on email communication, reporting, and coordination tasks.
- Take ownership of small projects and process improvement ideas to better understand HR operations at scale.
- End-to-end exposure to HR operations, from onboarding to payroll inputs.
- Hands-on experience with HR platforms, tools, and documentation practices.
- How to maintain data integrity, compliance, and confidentiality in HR processes.
- Problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
- Collaboration and communication skills while working across teams and with external vendors.
- A college fresher (Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, Business, or related field preferred).
- Strong with numbers, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Eager to learn about HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Organized, dependable, and proactive with a learner’s mindset.
