Our platform provides end-to-end assistance to home buyers: from discovering top-tier properties and scheduling visits to navigating legal formalities and arranging financing. In just 9 months, we've raised $3M in seed funding from leading investors and remained profitable since Day 1, a testament to our sustainable and ambitious growth journey. We're now building a high-caliber team to scale this vision. Why Join Us?Buying a home is one of life's biggest and most emotional decisions. This role sits at the intersection of sales, growth, and product experience — perfect for someone who wants to blend hustle, empathy, and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Buyer Experience Architect, you will: * Own the Buyer Journey: Manage the buyer's entire experience — from first contact to deal closure.
  • Build Relationships That Matter: Understand customer needs, offer property insights (e.g., ROI, legal clarity), conduct in-person visits, and ensure a delightful buying process.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate empathetically.
  • A balance of data-driven thinking and emotional intelligence — you know when to use a CRM metric and when to send a handwritten note.
  • Eager to learn, iterate, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Passionate about improving systems and customer journeys, not just hitting quotas.
Bonus: Experience or passion in real estate, proptech, or home ownership journeys. What We Offer : * An opportunity to work directly with IIT/Stanford GSB founders
  • An early seat at one of India's most exciting real estate startups
  • Flat hierarchy, fast decision-making, and real ownership of outcomes
