- Drive Property Sales: Handle the end-to-end sales cycle for curated properties — listing optimization, negotiations, documentation, and closure.
- Collaborate with Growth Team: Help grow Truva's buyer community via open houses, digital campaigns, and creative lead-generation experiments.
- Improve Product & Experience: Partner with the product team to translate buyer feedback into features — digital walkthroughs, comparison tools, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate empathetically.
- A balance of data-driven thinking and emotional intelligence — you know when to use a CRM metric and when to send a handwritten note.
- Eager to learn, iterate, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
