It provides real-time balances and positions as trades are processed throughout the day. This gives operations staff an up-to-date picture of the firm or business's position and therefore helps to mitigate risk.What you will be doingAutomation of End to End Business Flows including requirement analysis and test plan design, test data preparation with wide coverage of functionalities, performance testing, general QA activities which includes defect reporting and tracking, communicating with stakeholders regularly, identify opportunities for innovation and AI adaption to improve productivity and accelerate automation regressionIn this position you will be working as Software Test Analyst Senior and creating end to end automation solution. As an individual contributor you will:Automation of End to End to End Business Flows including requirement analysis and test plan design, test data preparation with wide coverage of functionalities, performance testing, general QA activities which includes defect reporting and tracking, communicating with stakeholders regularly, identify opportunities for innovation and AI adaption to improve productivity and accelerate automation regressionWork within the team as well as working with various stakeholders including clients, global teams geographically located in different regionsBuild an understanding of the product on a technical and functional level, understand the context of our clients, participate in solution design, drive testing activities, and deliver solutions that address the business needsWork with the Business Analyst and Solution Architect as well as with experienced people in team to understand projects requirements, identify requirement gaps, functional risks so that these can be addressed early in the process.Evaluate test data and/or engineer test data to be used throughout the software development life cycleDrive all phases of test execution and documentation including functional, regression, performance, usability, integration and acceptance testing.Work closely with other team members like Developers, BAs in a team to ensure better turnaround for issue resolution and change implementationImplement processes to improvise quality of deliverables, create and maintain repository of documents and train and guide junior team membersEnsure quality of newly build or enhanced features and regression test to make sure nothing is brokenAutomation of redundant manual tasks using innovative ideasWhat you bring:Technical Experience -Hands on experience in UI as well as API Automation using Java Selenium, good understanding of automation framework designHands on experience of AI adaptation to accelerate automationHands on experience in functional testing and thorough understanding of industry wide QA processesHands on experience in Performance Testing using JMeterKnowledge of methods, tools and technology used in software testing - Jira, test case management tool, version control tool like bitbucketThorough Knowledge of capital markets domain, financial software and related middle and back office processes.Understanding of UNIX/Linux commands and scripting.Hands on experience in SQL, PL/SQL and creating SQLs to pull data from multiple tables using joinsKnowledge of SCRUM and experience in working sprintsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to meet deadlines, goals and objectives within assigned time.Knowledge of CI and CD tools like Jenkins/Team City and GIT.Knowledge of Java J2EE is and hands on experience on any automation tool - Selenium or QTP preferredKnowledge of any scripting language like Python, Groovy, VB Script is added advantageAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingWhat we offer you
