Assistant Manager - Qualified CA - Quality Assurance - 2-6 Years - PuneExciting Opportunity Alert! Hiring a qualified CA with 2+ years of experience in Internal Control and Quality Assurance, with mandatory exposure to ICFR.   • Perform financial control testing and evaluate effectiveness of controls, reconciliations, and approval mechanisms.
  • Identify process gaps and risk areas, recommending corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen governance frameworks and ensure compliance readiness.
  • Prepare control documentation and support internal/external audits while driving continuous process improvements.
Requirements * Chartered Accountant (Mandatory) with 2+ years of experience in Internal Controls.
  • Hands-on experience in ICFR testing is mandatory, along with Quality Assurance exposure.
  • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and financial reporting processes.
  • Immediate joiners preferred with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
