
Field Marketing Executive

- Execute local marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and in-store branding as per company guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Collect real-time market intelligence, competitor data, and customer feedback.
- Plan and coordinate sampling activities, product demonstrations, and local events.
- Ensure point-of-sale (POS) materials are correctly placed and maintained.
- Collaborate with the sales team to boost sales volume and achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities and submit timely reports.
- Monitor stock levels at outlets and coordinate with distributors for replenishment.
- Conduct product training and awareness sessions at the outlet level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of field marketing experience in the FMCG sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Basic understanding of consumer behavior and retail channel operations.
- Proficient in using MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Experience working with distributors and channel partners.
- Exposure to rural and urban retail markets.
- Knowledge of local language(s) will be an added advantage.
