- Representing Atlas Copco's GECIA team at internal and external technology forums to promote knowledge sharing, collaborate on emerging trends, and benchmark best practices.
- Developing and maintaining robust knowledge management systems, including detailed documentation of products, processes, tooling, and design standards, to ensure organizational learning and continuous improvement.
- Designing reusable computational tools and templates to standardize engineering calculations and streamline workflows, boosting overall team efficiency.
- Implementing CAD automation strategies to optimize repetitive design tasks, enhance accuracy, and increase consistency across projects.
- Conducting thorough design reviews and enforcing quality assurance processes to uphold the highest industry and internal standards.
- Effectively communicating complex technical concepts and project progress to a diverse range of stakeholders, promoting transparency, collaboration, and informed decision-making.
- Formulating and refining quality control checklists, calculation templates, and process protocols to ensure consistent product excellence.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and external clients to manage expectations, resolve technical inquiries, and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
- Extensive expertise in mechanical component design, particularly within compressor and vacuum pump technologies.
- Proficiency with mechanical systems analysis, including dynamics, thermal deformation, and performance optimization.
- Experience using advanced CAD and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools such as Catia, Creo, Inventor, Enovia, and 3DX.
- Strong organizational abilities paired with effective project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
