Procurement professionals are responsible for identifying material requirements, sourcing suppliers for raw materials (such as herbs, chemicals, reagents, etc.) and packing materials, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. They are also expected to develop two to three new vendors for each material category.Skills:
A strong procurement profile includes skills such as negotiation, contract management, supplier relationship management, risk assessment, and a solid understanding of market trends.Experience:
2–3 years of relevant experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or related fields is preferred. Additional certifications or specialized expertise in procurement are a plus.Educational Background:
Graduate in B.Com , B.A., or B.Sc. (any recognized discipline).Areas of Focus:
