- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve company goals and targets.
- Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
- Spearhead Annual Sales target (High Revenue clients) PAN India for F&B Services focusing on Corporate, education, healthcare and other segments
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with large key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and customize catering solutions.
- Retain existing clients and develop business new sectors /new territories PAN India
- Manage Customer satisfaction Index
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee Bid Management & RFP process from planning to closure
- Marketing Collaboration:
- Conduct market mapping & expansion plans
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events and other promotional activities.
- Budget Management:
- Oversee the sales budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
- Prepare sales reports and sign off on their accuracy before submitting them
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maximizing revenue.
- Team Management:
- Develop, Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and monitor KPI's and provide training to enhance skills.
- Motivate and energize team to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients
- Create and discuss weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals with team
- Track & report on sales performance metrics & KPIs
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Proven experience in sales in the food service or catering industry (Preferably in South Market).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
