- Experience on creation of project initiation documents such as business requirement documents.
- Experience on creation of functional requirements to fulfill the business requirements.
- Experience on conducting iterative meetings with users and stakeholders for requirement finalization, requirement refinement, documentation and getting the users and stakeholder’s approvals.
- Experience on helping the application users in understanding the application and setting up an environment to make the application successful.
- Experience on providing trainings to business group and end users on the application and documenting the learning.
- May need work with project teams with regard to testing tasks, to verify the expected results as per business objectives.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the health care industries mandatory
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills
- Requires BE/BTech degree or MBA • 5 or more years’ of experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Health Care Knowledge - Domain certifications(nice to have)
- Tools – JIRA, Confluence , Atlassian tools
- Experience in business requirement development
