- Responsible for contributing/driving technical architecture and design for all projects across Interoperability Engineering in Pune. This includes all aspects of design and architecture – performance, scalability, reusability, testability, and simplicity.
- Understand business needs and hands on elaborate for next generation technology and solutions both around product design and software engineering excellence.
- Effectively drive technical architecture and design reviews and influence global stakeholders in global forums. Guide and support scrum teams to implement/adopt new architecture, design, framework, or tools in respective projects.
- Provide strong technical leadership and mentoring to a team of software engineers working in an agile/scrum environment.
- Work collaboratively with cross functional team members - Product Managers, Cross functional Architects, service functions and influence product architecture and design.
- Provide technical inputs in the area engineering practices (Requirement Analysis, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Code Review, and Test-Driven Development, Test Automation etc.) in the team.
BE, MCA, Computer Science or related discipline.Number of year’s related experience 10-15 yearsSpecial Knowledge / Skills:
Required:
- 10-15 years of experience around software application development and minimum 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Expertise in the HL7, HL7 FHIR, DICOM (desired) messaging protocol.
- Experience in building software leveraging OOAD, SOA, Web Services and microservices architecture (Dockers, Containers).
- Solid full stack programming skills in building REST Web Services leveraging Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot framework, ORM frameworks, OpenID (Oauth2), XML, XSLT & JSON.
- Experience of database access protocols and working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (writing T-SQL queries and stored procedures)
- Knowledge of cloud hosting platforms and deployment. Experience leveraging Microsoft Azure preferred.
- Knowledge of Authentication and Authorization, HIPPA security guidelines specifically as to how they pertain to Healthcare Data Exchange standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in agile scrum software development or management
- Experience developing products conforming to US FDA quality system regulations.
- Experience working in a multi-site environment.
