  • Review & upgrade equip. condition & execution of day by day preventive and predictive maint. activity.
  • Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of process equipment, fans, RAV, 40TPD rotary horizontal Kiln, Belt & screw Conveyor, static equipments (column, reactor, HE), pumps.
  • Managing manpower and Co-ordination with other department.
  • Spare inventory planning and material inspection.
  • Do shutdown activity of plant, 5’S implementation.
