This role emphasizes sustainable practices and market growth, contributing to the organization's long-term success. By implementing effective strategies and promoting a safe work environment, the Shift Engineer plays a key role in enhancing productivity and operational excellence.Responsibilities:Organization & Team Building:
  • Drive the skill matrix for direct and indirect manpower through structured learning programs to ensure operator readiness for level upgradation.
Customer Orientation:
  • Improve customer satisfaction by ensuring timely closure of notifications and PM orders, while implementing robust CAPA for effective breakdown analysis.
Adherence to Annual Business Plan:
  • Meet budgeted targets for capacity, operational costs, and EBITDA, while ensuring adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.
Sustainability of Business & Market Share:
  • Formulate strategies to reduce risks related to the existing business through technological developments and improvement projects.
Organization Development & Sustainability:
  • Ensure adherence to safety inspections and timely closure processes, including PTW and LOTO compliance through regular monthly audits.

Qualifications:Educational Qualification:
  • B.Tech Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
  • Desired Qualification : BE/B.Tech
Work Experience (Range of years):
  • Min 2 - 5 years of experience in operating stringing machines and knowledge of stringing processes in solar module manufacturing.
