Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IBM MQ and MQ Appliance environments across development, test, and production systems.Create and manage MQ objects such as queues, channels, listeners, topics, and queue managers.Monitor MQ systems and performance metrics; identify and resolve bottlenecks and issues.Implement and maintain high availability, disaster recovery, and failover configurations.Manage MQ security settings, including SSL/TLS configurations, access control, and auditing.Collaborate with developers and application support teams to implement and troubleshoot MQ-based messaging solutions.Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and system hardening.Automate administrative tasks using scripts (Shell, Perl, Python, or PowerShell).Document configurations, processes, and procedures according to internal standards.
