  • Agile - mandatory
  • Strong comms and can work independently in a squad as an Agile BA
  • Documentation skills - being able to draft FSDs, User Stories, POCs.
  • Dynamics 365 experience is a plus - we can look for Dynamics functional consultant / technical consultant (that's how we found Lavina and Gaurav).
  • AI experience - plus (GenAI, Copilot, Prompts writing)
