  • We are seeking a skilled MSD CRM Technical Consultant to join our team and support the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to meet business needs.
Primary Skills
  • Worked on different CRM / XRM versions.
  • Implemented complete life cycle of least 2 to 3 projects.
  • Expertise technologies like HTML 5 , CSS, SOAP, REST, Angular JS, Javascript
  • Experience in agile deliveries and tight timescale
  • Also having done projects on premise/ cloud, support, upgrade and Migrations
  • Must worked on D365 customization and configuration
  • Resolve the technical issues etc.
  • He should be customer facing with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Microsoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent,PowerBI
  • Experience in Integration with third party applications.
  • Must have certified on D365
  • Sound expertise in DevOPs , GIT, Jira
  • Designed and developed Microsoft Flow, PowerApps and PowerBI reports.
  • Worked on Office 365, Dynamics 365 and SharePoint API's.
  • Marketing automation, RESCO, Scribe, Kingswaysoft, Click dimensions
Secondary Skills
  • Aware of mobility in CRM.
  • Unified Service Desk , CICD, customer insight, omnichannel, Js
