Job Description :Company Name: ConcentrixProject Name: FenwickLocation: Cyber City (Gurgaon)5 days Working, 2 days offShift: Rotational Shifts (Majorly Night Shifts)Employment: Full timeJob DescriptionThe Sales Consultant (Upsell) is responsible for working closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to manage and grow existing client accounts by initiating contact with clients, identifying their needs and selling appropriate products and training programs to meet those needs.The key responsibilities are:
  • Engage, Retain and Upsell existing customer accounts by delivering “wow” customer experiences.
  • Increase sales in respective accounts by identifying needs and selling appropriate products and training programs to meet those needs.
  • Establish buying influences, budgets and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts.
  • Call existing customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs and create a customer supplier relationship.
  • Maintain Salesforce.com accounts for all accounts with payment status, donation trends and various touch points.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned to support the work of the department.
RequirementsQualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (Fresher and experienced candidates can apply) or Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months in an international Blended process (voice and chat).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Must be results-driven and highly motivated and have the ability to present product information with confidence.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, while taking on a high level of responsibility at a fast-growing organization.
