Candidate should have experience in handling domestic geography.Key Competencies:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute MICE events, ensuring all client requirements are met with excellence.
  • Develop creative event concepts and proposals to meet client objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and suppliers to secure competitive rates and services.
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure profitability for the company.
  • Generate new business for MICE events for Pan India
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, including event planners, hotel coordinators, and transportation staff.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure team members deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets.
  • Ensure the corporate compliances are followed across all corporates and internally.
