Designing and implementing frameworks to manage operational risks across business verticals.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess, monitor, and mitigate potential risks.

Liaising with leadership teams to establish risk awareness and resilience within the organization.
Developing key risk indicators (KRIs) and maintaining risk registers to support the decision-making process.
Providing recommendations and reports to optimize risk mitigation strategies.
Driving the change management process for risk-related initiatives.
Staying updated on industry best practices, compliance norms, and emerging risks.

Requirements

A bachelor's/master's degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in operational risk management, preferably in the financial services domain.
Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
