- Develop and implement detailed project plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress against set timelines and budgets.
- Lead a team of project coordinators and engineers to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project status, address issues, and align on goals.
- Communicate project progress regularly through reports and presentations.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Assist in managing project budgets effectively to ensure financial targets are met.
- Review financial reports related to projects under your supervision.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality delivery of projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status for senior management.Maintain accurate records of project documentation including contracts, agreements, change orders etc
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A competent Project Management Professional with 10 to 15 years of experience in the field of Project Management for Civil Infrastructure Projects with expertise in Scheduling, Monitoring & Controlling, Co-ordination, Budgeting, Costing, Billing, Management Information System (MIS) & Customer relationship Management. At least 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling in highway or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in project management software like Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
