Job Category: Technical Product DevelopmentJob Description:Job Summary:This role will be instrumental in managing talent onboarding, team enablement, and delivery operations, while also playing a part-time Scrum Master role across 3-4 customer engagements. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong grasp of operational frameworks, agile methodologies, and people management in a fast-paced InsurTech environment.Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to hire top-tier talent from the insurance/tech industry.- Ensure timely onboarding of new hires and facilitate smooth integration into delivery teams.- Continuously refine hiring and onboarding processes to support scalability and quality.Training & Enablement:- Collaborate with the Training Manager to organize and deliver structured training programs for new hires.- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and team needs.- Ensure teams are equipped with domain knowledge and delivery readiness before project deployment.Delivery Operations & People Management:- Act as a liaison between delivery managers and India leadership to identify, escalate, and resolve peopleand delivery challenges.- Provide proactive operational support including capacity planning, bench management, and performanceinsights.- Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Agile Delivery & Scrum Master Duties:- Serve as a part-time Scrum Master across 3-4 customer accounts; facilitate agile ceremonies and promoteagile best practices.- Work closely with client teams to understand delivery bottlenecks and coordinate with internal teams tostreamline execution.- Track and report on team performance, sprint velocity, and delivery metrics.Qualifications:Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field.- 10+ years of experience in IT/Delivery Operations, with 2-3 years in a people operations or agile deliverysupport role.- Prior experience in the Life Insurance and Annuity domain or working with InsurTech platforms.- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach managing multiple teams.- Proven ability to coordinate across functions (TA, L&D, Delivery, HR) and resolve cross-functional issues.Preferred Skills:- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist certification.- Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and agile delivery tools.- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.- Experience working in a global delivery model with U.S. client interaction.What We Offer:- Exposure to high-growth U.S. InsurTech clients and next-gen insurance technology.- Opportunities to lead impactful operations initiatives and drive organizational growth.- A supportive leadership team and clear career advancement path.- Competitive compensation and benefits package.About Us:For over 50 years, Verisk has been the leading data analytics and technology partner to the global insurance industry by delivering value to our clients through expertise and scale.
