You will promote a diverse and inclusive environment where employees are happy, energized and engaged, and who are excited to come to work every day.What You Will Do:Partner and collaborate with multi-functional stakeholders to prioritize, plan and deliver first-rate experiences for Workday customers.Drive the activities of software development scrum teams, including analysis, design, programming, and continuous improvement, ensuring delivery of innovative, high quality software solutionsEngage with Development, Product, QA, Automation, Research/UX, Agility, Doc-writing, and Customer Support colleagues to identify, discuss, debate and ultimately solve customer issues in increasingly innovative waysUnderstand and promote industry-standard software design methodologiesCoach and mentor team members to help them to be at their best, assisting with career growth and personal developmentPersonify and promote the Workday values of Employees, Customer Service, Innovation, Integrity, Fun, and ProfitabilityAbout YouBasic Qualifications:3+ years of experience building and directly managing impactful engineering teams
8+ years of experience developing applications using Cloud-based technologies
8+ years of experience with design and development using an object-oriented language such as Java, Python, C#, C++, etc.
Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experienceOther Qualifications:

Experience in ERP application development is a plus
