Hiring for IBM Sterling (Commerce OMS) Developer - BangaloreJob Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced IBM Sterling OMS Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of solutions using IBM Sterling Order Management System. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business processes, improve system efficiency, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and configure IBM Sterling OMS solutions to support business requirements.Customize workflows and processes using Sterling OMS APIs and user exits.Develop and maintain integrations between OMS and external systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, eCommerce).Support the order lifecycle including order creation, modification, fulfillment, and returns.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the OMS application and integrations.Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization.Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful deployments.Create and maintain technical documentation and system design artifacts.Required Skills & Qualifications:3–8 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Order Management System.Strong knowledge of Sterling OMS components like SDF, pipelines, agents, services, and APIs.Proficient in Java/J2EE, XML, XSLT, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).Experience in developing custom components, agents, and user exits in Sterling OMS.Familiarity with order fulfillment, inventory visibility, and supply chain processes.Experience integrating OMS with eCommerce platforms, ERP, and WMS.Understanding of microservices, DevOps, and cloud technologies is a plus.Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
