This role involves spearheading transformation initiatives within the industry to align business processes with strategic goals. As a Transformation Manager, you will collaborate across departments to drive innovation and process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Lead transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
Create program visibility for the MD and stakeholders with timely updates on initiative progress, risks
Manage initiative-specific tracking for timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Consolidate and analyse data to provide actionable insights and accurate reporting as needed across modules
Create and maintain dashboards and visualisations needed to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs like efficiency, cost takeout, etc
Document action items, minutes and key decisions from leadership connects to actively track to closure

3-9 years of experience in transformation/PMO/Founder Office rolesExpertise in Excel, Power BI & data analytics toolsA successful Transformation Manager should have:

An MBA degree from a reputed B-School
3+ years in consulting/ PMO roles
Experience in business planning with exposure to cross-functional teams
Expertise with relevant program management tools and software
Expertise with analytical tools - excel, Power BI etc
