- Experience in product sales, market, and pre-sales activities for the client.
- Experience in product sales for the construction industry with 4D and 5D features.
- Be part of product development team and understand the functionality.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple internal & external stakeholders.
- Able to conduct POC for client-specific problems using BIM 4D-5D technology.
- Ability to understand the problem statement of the client and provide solution from existing product.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM technology using 4D and 5D methodology.
- Experience in pre-sales promoting BIM technology will be preferred.
- Experience working with BIM teams in the past and implementing client projects.
- Ability to understand the pain/issues in BIM technology implementation.
- Understand In-depth understanding of 3D, 4D, and 5D features within BIM workflow.
- Sound knowledge of estimation and scheduling (MSP/P6).
- Ability to understand the client's problems and provide solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint presentation, Word, Excel).
- Sound understanding of overall digital construction methodology.
