- Partner with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations teams and Digital to publish web enhancements to support regulatory requirements, new business initiatives and team sourcing/origination efforts.
- Develop, design and revise websites and other digital communications. Responsible for the creative execution and technical production of a range of digital web-based projects.
- The candidate must be extremely organized, have superior verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to define work based on evaluation of short term and long-term goals of the department. Able to independently evaluate processes, identify areas of improvement, and incorporate into overall work objectives.
- Develop and maintain MSIM global websites in different languages.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
- Balance superior production quality and "speed to market" objectives.
- Possess knowledge of general, web-based & design applications (Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, Java, JQuery)
- Adhere to Company's policies and workflow procedures.
- Organise and set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to team and providing proper materials/documentation as necessary.
- Collect and organise assets from client.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation: Log work request using workflow tool, project plan, status reports, change requests, and resource requests.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing communication and Digital support
- Understanding of the Mutual Fund business, and how the business operates in Asia, EMEA and preferable US
- Have experience in managing Fund information on website and other digital assets
- Familiar with how Mutual funds are governed by regulatory framework and how it affects our marketing efforts
- Experience managing content using Adobe AEM a must
- Web content management experience with a focus on financial services or mutual funds, should be familiar with mutual funds, investment products, and financial terminology
- Proficiency in Enterprise class Content Management platform (Adobe AEM experience), Adobe suite, MS office.
- Minimum of five years of industry experience
- Experience with JIRA workflow
- Familiar working in an agile methodology environment
- Good understanding of SEO and Product related data to manage Content on the websites
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable content strategies.
