Primary Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the ketteQ solution to meet specific customer business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience
- Create and implement customizations that extend the core functionality of the ketteQ platform, addressing unique client requirements
- Assist in the design and documentation of the system architectures that align with client requirements and ketteQ's platform capabilities
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of integrations, leveraging various technologies and protocols to ensure seamless data flow
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of the ketteQ solution including data validation internal to the solution and feature/ requirement output
- Contribute to the development of compelling software demos, showcasing key features and benefits of the ketteQ solution to potential clients
- Support the design and deliver comprehensive training programs to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize the implemented solution
- Provide high-quality technical support across L1-L3 levels, resolving complex issues and ensuring continued client satisfaction post-implementation
- Three plus (3+) years of experience in technical implementation of Supply chain planning software
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in supply chain is preferred
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with PostgreSQL as well as JSON and XML
- Proficiency in Python a plus
- Salesforce and Tableau experience a plus
- Understanding of data integration techniques and ETL tools (e.g., Pentaho, Talend, Informatica, or Mulesoft), a plus
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated individual who is looking to make a career in supply chain management
- Demonstrated analytic problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with international clients
- Ability to work independently and work non-standard hours to accommodate globally dispersed teams and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Relevant certifications, preferred:
o NoSQL and JSON: MongoDB Certified Developer Associate or Couchbase NoSQL Certification
