- Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the team's output.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the digital banking industry.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate design concepts and strategies.
- A bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in design leadership, with a proven track record in digital banking or financial services.
- Expertise in user-centric design principles and a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of designers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- A portfolio showcasing a strong design aesthetic, innovative thinking, and a deep understanding of digital banking design.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is preferred.
- A proactive and analytical mindset, with a passion for staying updated with industry trends.
