● Understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions, focusing on Odoo ERP
when applicable.
● Conduct market research, generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and
networking.
● Arrange and lead discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.
● Maintain and update CRM records regularly, ensuring lead stages and pipelines are
tracked.
● Coordinate with internal functional and technical teams to prepare proposals and cost
estimates.
● Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
● Represent the company in industry events, webinars, and conferences (if applicable).Required Skills:
● 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT/ERP
domain.
● Strong understanding of IT services including ERP, CRM, custom software development.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM systems.
● Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive approach to lead generation and follow-up.
